1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FilesToolkit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. License

FilesToolkit grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on macOS devices that you own or control, subject to the terms of the Mac App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

3. "As Is" Warranty

FilesToolkit is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FilesToolkit or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the application.

5. Updates

We may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the application. Updates are typically provided through the Mac App Store.
