FilesToolkit is built with a privacy-first mindset. We believe that your productivity data is personal and should remain under your control. Our application is designed to function primarily on your local machine.

Data Collection

FilesToolkit does not collect, store, or transmit any personal file data. Specifically:

• We do not require you to create an account.
• We do not collect your email address or name.
• Your files are never uploaded to our servers.
• We do not track the content of the files you manage.

Website Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with our marketing page. This helps us improve our user experience and marketing efforts. Google Analytics collects information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. No file data from the application is ever shared with Google Analytics.

Local Processing

All file operations—including renaming, compression, and image conversion—happen entirely on your Mac. We do not use cloud-based processing for any of the toolkit's features.
